Civil Inspector

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor\'s or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction inspection, preferably in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, stormwater, etc.). Prior experience working on consultant / PMC teams in the Middle East is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations. Good communication and documentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Saudi nationals are highly preferred in line with Saudization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Verify that materials used are in accordance with the approved specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other inspectors to resolve site issues and discrepancies.
- Monitor work progress and quality and raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) where necessary.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and generate daily reports.
- Ensure that safety measures are implemented on-site as per HSE regulations.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings and method statements related to civil works.
- Support the Senior Engineers and Resident Engineer in ensuring the contractor meets project requirements.
