About The Role

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the breast cancer oncology portfolio, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Drive Product Launches : Manage end-to-end launch activities for new indications and products, ensuring successful market entry through cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute Marketing Campaigns : Design and deliver omnichannel campaigns and educational initiatives targeting HCPs and key stakeholders.
• Engage KOLs : Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology Key Opinion Leaders to enhance brand credibility and advocacy.
• Manage Budgets & Performance : Oversee A&P budgets, monitor brand performance, and implement corrective actions to meet business goals.
• Leverage Market Insights : Conduct market research and analyze clinical trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business-related field.

Experience

Languages

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
