Nature of work :
The individual is responsible for Sales hunting in the Insurance vertical.
Skill Required :
- Strong track record of selling high ticket value-based software solutions.
- Extensive sales hunting experience with Proven experience of executing lead generation strategies in liaison with internal teams for demand generation.
- Proven experience of minimum 3-4 years of selling enterprise software solutions to Insurance providers .
- Proven ability of forging consultative relationships with Senior decision makers at end customers .
- Ability to penetrate new logos and accounts.
- A network of existing contacts in the banking sector is desired at C-level .
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of technology industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively across various internal departments within Newgen.
- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competition and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
Work as an individual contributor and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in new accounts .Identify, connect, and build relationships with key decision makers at C-Level.Revenue Generation from New Accounts.Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand the customer base in the Insurance vertical.Positioning of Company’s products and solutions.Building and maintaining healthy business relations with new client acquisitions and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.Responsible for articulating and communicating a compelling value proposition for the Insurance segment.Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.Experience :
6-8 years of experience selling S / W products / IT-enabled solutions with more than 3-4 years of software solutions sales experience in the Insurance vertical.#J-18808-Ljbffr
