We are looking for an experienced

Business Architect (8+ years)

to lead the design and development of business architecture, align strategy with operations and technology, and support digital and organizational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current business model, services, and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Design and maintain

Business Architecture

(capabilities, processes, value streams, services, roles).

Translate business strategy into executable roadmaps and initiatives.

Work closely with IT, digital transformation, and product teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Document business processes and models using recognized methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, ArchiMate).

Support transformation programs by assessing business impact and dependencies.

Prepare and present business architecture views and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Process Management, or Enterprise Transformation.

Solid understanding of business capability mapping, process design, and operating models.

Preferably familiar with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Skills

Strong strategic and analytical thinking.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them clearly to non-technical audiences.
