Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced

Supply Chain Manager

to oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations— from procurement and inventory management to logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize processes while ensuring cost efficiency and high service quality.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long‑term partnership.

Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules.

Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage procurement, logistics, and warehousing operations to ensure seamless product flow.

Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.

Lead cost optimization initiatives across logistics, transportation, and sourcing.

Coordinate with sales, finance, and production teams to align supply with market demand.

Monitor and report on key KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and logistics costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and HSE standards.

Manage and develop a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.

Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement—ideally within the medical industry.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
