The Project Manager will manage small and large projects (Categories C and A) following Schneider Electric’s processes such as the Customer Project Process (CPP). The role reports to a Senior Project Manager and is accountable for project execution, customer relations, profitability, HSE compliance, and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the project with suppliers, monitor progress against the project plan (scope, schedule, budget) until completion, and ensure effective communication.
- Protect Schneider Electric interests within the contractual framework until all obligations are met.
- Monitor, control, and report project execution status, progress and KPIs; provide full and effective reporting to management.
- Alert management of project events impacting performance or governance compliance and keep leadership informed.
- Conduct regular risk and opportunity assessments and implement action plans to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
- Develop customer intimacy, drive customer communication, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take full accountability for project profitability (sales, margin, cash), including forecasting, revenue recognition, and profitability improvement actions.
- Ensure all project team members and suppliers comply with Schneider‑Electric processes, quality instructions and governance principles; take necessary corrective actions for deviations.
- Participate in the Project Management Community of Practice within the Execution Center network, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
- Strongly monitor HSE policy for all team members and subcontractors, especially for site activities and travels.
- Manage cybersecurity risk and related actions for customers, suppliers, service providers and subcontractors.

Within a Local Application Center, as part of a Project Management team, reports to the head of execution of the center.Qualifications
