3+ years experience of OEM integration work. Skilled at creatingand reviewing technical schematics, logical and functionaldiagrams, and engineering specifications. Previous experience withaircraft systems. Working knowledge of 2X.1309 analyses andprocesses, including Advisory Circular 23.1309-1E, SAE ARP 4761,and SAE ARP 4754A. Working knowledge of DO-160G environmentalqualification. Basic knowledge of FAA regulations and guidancematerial and industry standards. Bachelor of Science in Engineeringrequired; Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineeringpreferred. Desired Working knowledge of avionics and relatedequipment, technical standard orders, and minimum performancestandards. Working knowledge of DO-178C and DO-254 processes andaviation database management. Previous experience managing complexsets of requirements. Previous experience preparing and presentingdesign reviews for complex, highly integrated systems. Previousexperience defining system controls, crew indications, and flightmanual procedures Previous experience in testing, includinginstrumenting, data acquisition, and documenting and analyzingresults. Whole-aircraft FAA certification program experience, Part23 or Part 27 preferred. Experience and involvement with industrygroups to develop consensus standards. 5+ years of relevantindustry experience. Private pilot certificate or higher. Familiarwith D Syst mes engineering and management tools.
