Overview

Online Consultant (Part-time, Visa Sponsorship) in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients through online channels. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide information about our products and services. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through online channels (chat, email, social media).
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall company success.

Qualifications

Salary and Schedule

Salary : $1400 per month for this part-time position. Working hours are flexible, but you will be expected to work at least 20 hours per week.

Visa Sponsorship

Location
