We are looking for a seasoned

SAP CX Technical Consultant

to lead and support the implementation and customization of SAP Customer Experience solutions, including

Commerce Cloud ,

Sales Cloud , and

S / 4HANA . The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, ensure seamless integration, and drive project success. Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering :

Understand client business processes related to quotation, order management, and pricing across SAP CX, Sales Cloud, and S / 4HANA. Solution Design & Configuration :

Configure SAP CX modules including sales organizations, pricing procedures, product catalogs, and business partners. Customization & Testing :

Customize functionalities and conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Training & Documentation :

Provide end-user training and prepare documentation such as user manuals, functional specs, and test cases. Support & Troubleshooting :

Resolve issues, analyze system errors, and implement fixes. Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work with SAP consultants and teams across Sales, Finance, and Logistics. Project Management :

Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Prepare project plans, charters, and reports. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in

SAP SD ,

SAP Sales Cloud , and

SAP CX / CRM Hands-on experience with

S / 4HANA

(minimum 2 implementations and 2 rollouts) Strong understanding of SAP CX and SD best practices Experience in the

Petrochemical industry

preferred SAP Certifications in

CX and SD Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills PMP Certification is a plus Desired Skills

Experience with

SAP S / 4HANA SD and LE Familiarity with

SAP Best Practices Ability to lead requirement workshops and prepare documentation (blueprints, specs, MoM, test scripts) Experience in cutover planning and execution Proficiency in

Excel

and

PowerPoint

for reporting Note : This is a

6-month remote contract

role. Candidates must be available to work remotely and commit to the full duration of the contract. Seniority level
