Overview
The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, and back-up to the accounts payable function. Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger by processing all organization invoices, payments, and purchases. Review and verify accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes. Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting. Prepare trial balance and support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of financial data. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting. 4+ years\' accounting experience. Strong knowledge of public sector accounting standards (IPSAS or equivalent). Strong knowledge of general ledger processes, reconciliations, and accounting principles. Familiar with IPSAS, IFRS. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Seniority level
