We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer Strategist to lead our online marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging and high-performing marketing content.
- Monitor, report, and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Conduct A / B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders to track performance and insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s or relevant certification is a plus.3–5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, or online advertising.Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.Proficiency with digital analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing decisions.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
