We are seeking an IT Bid Manager responsible for managing the complete IT bidding lifecycle. This role involves crafting compelling proposals for diverse solutions, including Networking, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, ERP / CRM, and custom software, to secure complex deals while aligning with client needs and profitability targets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Bid Process and manage the entire bidding lifecycle, from lead registration and initial enquiry to final submission, utilizing the bid tracking system.
• Coordinate the estimation process, ensuring accuracy, adherence to scope, and meticulous planning of bid schedules for timely proposal delivery.
• Maintain and balance proposal competitiveness with company profitability goals, ensuring minimum required profit margins are met.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration with Presales, Technical, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to gather inputs and define deliverables.
• Ensure all proposals are high-quality, technically clear, commercially accurate, and fully compliant with branding, format, and tender specifications.
• Conduct thorough reviews of draft proposals, lead bid review meetings, resolve bottlenecks, and document lessons learned for continuous process enhancement.
