Business Analyst

Lead in identifying, analyzing, and defining business opportunities and capabilities required to achieve strategic objectives. Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for complex projects. Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT development teams, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment and managing expectations effectively. Model current state and design future state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending solutions for optimization. Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and achieve the intended business value. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices within the Business Analysis function. Requirements

6+ Yrs experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment. Bcs degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline. CBAP certification.
