You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Energy Transition, Decarbonization, eFuel, Hydrogen Value Chain, Oil and Gas and Petrochemical projects from studies, FEEDs, detailed designs and PMCs from our newly established Middle Eastern hub based in Al‑Khobar.

Job Summary :

The IS&T Technician will provide technical support for all personnel assigned to the Al‑Khobar office, ensuring reliable IT services and infrastructure. The role includes hardware and software support, network troubleshooting, user assistance, and coordination with regional and global IT teams. The technician will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity and supporting digital tools essential for project delivery.

Major Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals, and software
• Provide first-line support for workstation issues, including operating systems, applications, and connectivity
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and workstation setup in accordance with Bechtel IT policies
• Monitor and troubleshoot local network performance and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with global IT support teams for escalated issues and system updates
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of installations and changes
• Support video conferencing systems, printers, and other office technology
