Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell financial products and services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
  • Identify and target potential SME clients, conduct meetings, and build strong business relationships.
  • Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable credit, loan, or financing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate credit applications and documentation for approval.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales service and ongoing support to SME clients.
  • Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the SME financial sector.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector (SME banking, credit, or corporate sales).
  • Certified Credit Advisor (CCA) certificate – Mandatory requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of credit assessment, lending products, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
