About The Role

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and secure access to all tools, platforms, and systems across Tarmeez Capital. You will be responsible for user provisioning, access control, and security management for our data, tech, and product teams. This role is critical to ensuring that our systems remain secure, compliant, and well-organized. Enabling our engineers, analysts, and product teams to move fast without compromising safety or structure. You’ll own the onboarding and offboarding process , manage sysadmin accounts , and act as the gatekeeper for infrastructure access , from cloud environments and databases to VPNs and internal applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer user access across all systems including cloud platforms, VPNs, databases, and internal tools.
  • Own and continuously improve the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure secure and efficient access control.
  • Maintain and monitor system accounts, roles, and permissions for engineering, data, and product teams.
  • Work closely with team leads to create, audit, and revoke access based on role-based access control (RBAC) policies.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of all systems, credentials, and access policies.
  • Oversee cloud platform access management (GCP, AWS, or Azure), including IAM configuration and audit logging.
  • Manage database access (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
  • Configure and maintain VPN and secure networking tools.
  • Support security audits, ensure compliance with company IT policies.
  • Implement best practices in identity management.

Requirements

  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in system administration, IT operations, or infrastructure management.
  • Experience managing cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Oracle, etc) and configuring IAM roles and policies.
  • Familiarity with SSO and identity providers such as Google Workspace, Okta, etc.
  • Familiarity with database access management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Hands‑on experience with VPN tools such as Tailscale, WireGuard, etc.
  • Experience managing SaaS tools and internal platforms (e.g., Slack, Jira, GitHub, etc).
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and identity management (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
  • Understanding of data governance, access logs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Comfortable with Linux environments, command-line tools, and shell scripting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
