Punjabi is a Pakistani-Indian cuisine restaurant located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. With a capacity of 120 guests, we are currently renovating our brand to deliver an even better dining experience for our valued customers.

Role Description – Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our team full-time in Jeddah. As a key member of our kitchen, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality dishes, and maintain the excellence our guests expect from Punjabi. Your responsibilities will include meal preparation, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, overseeing inventory, and contributing to menu planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills with proven experience in meal preparation and presentation
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in inventory control and ordering
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
