Mechanical Engineer - Confidential (Western Region)

JASARA PMC is looking for a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Project Management & Construction Management to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical systems within various construction projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Your expertise in both mechanical engineering and project management will be essential in driving innovation and efficiency in our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical engineering aspects of construction projects from planning through execution.
• Prepare and review project plans, budgets, and schedules related to mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate mechanical solutions into overall project designs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Analyze project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on project and construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading projects effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
