Overview

Position : Service Advisor. The Service Advisor is responsible for interfacing with customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and coordinating the repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service. Responsibilities

Greet and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles to identify service and repair requirements Explain findings and recommended services to customers, providing cost estimates Coordinate the repair process, communicating with technicians and parts personnel Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and ensure timely completion of work Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service history Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and materials Provide feedback and recommendations to improve department efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the commercial vehicle industry Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient in Arabic and English, both verbal and written Computer literate with experience using service management software Valid driver’s license and ability to test drive vehicles as needed Joining our team at NewEast Isuzu KSA means being part of a dynamic and growing company that values its employees and provides opportunities for career advancement.
