Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager with a proven background in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for major infrastructure projects . The ideal candidate will have experience in construction supervision consultancy environments and be familiar with roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels projects in Saudi Arabia . This role involves close coordination with project, commercial, and technical teams to proactively manage risks and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan , aligned with client and project requirements.
• Identify, assess, and categorize project risks and opportunities across technical, financial, contractual, and operational areas.
• Conduct regular risk workshops with project stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to update the risk register .
• Evaluate and quantify risks using qualitative and quantitative techniques (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, risk scoring).
• Recommend and monitor risk mitigation and contingency strategies to reduce impact on project cost, time, and quality.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc risk reports and dashboards for management and client review.
• Integrate risk analysis into project controls and decision-making processes .
• Support claim prevention through early risk detection and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000) and client-specific frameworks.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on risk awareness and mitigation strategies .
