- Sell TMG's branded residences using comprehensive negotiation techniques.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships, establishing rapport with customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through referrals and other means.
- Aim to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified deadlines.
- Understand and assess client needs for luxury private residences and serviced apartments.
- Perform comprehensive market research to inform clients about trends in luxury homes and serviced apartment offerings.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring beneficial terms for clients.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and real estate stakeholders.

Qualifications
