Senior Product Growth Manager

As the Senior Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating user growth, engagement, and retention for different products through product‑led initiatives. You will own a business's key performance indicators (KPIs) and are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting the strategic direction for the Growth domain.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the growth strategy & roadmap, driving measurable outcomes across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, and Revenue.
• Take ownership of key growth KPIs such as sign‑up conversion, time‑to‑value, active user metrics (WAU / MAU), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Identify and prioritise scalable growth opportunities through deep market, competitor, and data analysis.
• Lead and optimise the experimentation process (HEAI cycle), fostering a culture of rapid A / B testing and iteration.
• Direct the design and optimisation of features, flows, and experiences to reduce friction and drive user engagement (e.g., onboarding, referrals, pricing models).
• Partner with Data Science to ensure robust tracking, dashboards, and analytics integrity for growth experiments.
• Act as the strategic connector across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring cross‑functional alignment.
• Present strategy, results, and impact to senior stakeholders to secure buy‑in and resources.
• Mentor and lead junior growth product managers / analysts to elevate the team’s overall performance.
