Job Summary The Housing Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and safety of employee housing facilities. This role ensures that all staff accommodations are well‑kept, sanitary, and comfortable, providing a positive living environment for employees.

As Staff Housing Attendant, we rely on you to

Check and service employee rooms, common areas, hallways, and shared facilities (e.g., kitchens, lounges, bathrooms, laundry rooms).

Greet and assist new employees during check‑in; provide basic orientation about accommodation rules, facilities, and amenities.

Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor.

Assist with room inspections during check‑in and check‑out of employees.

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.

Support relocation or room change processes by cleaning and preparing rooms as needed.

Assist in inventory management for linens, cleaning materials, and accommodation supplies.

Respond to employee accommodation inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation, or staff housing buildings or dormitories.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work on extended duty hours.
