Lead Data Scientist

As a Lead Data Scientist at Salla, you will take a pivotal role in leading our data science initiatives, shaping data strategy, and driving innovation through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to harness the power of data and deliver impactful insights that guide business decisions. Your mastery in data science will enable you to develop and implement sophisticated models and algorithms that solve challenging business problems.

Responsibilities

Lead complex data science projects from conception to deployment, focusing on business impact and scalability. Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative learning environment and promoting best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive business solutions. Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and advanced analytics frameworks to extract insights from data. Stay at the forefront of data science trends and technologies, and continually innovate our approach to data analytics. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure code quality and maintainability by promoting best practices in software development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Master's or PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
