About The Role

Are you a results-driven digital marketing professional who thrives on leading high-performance campaigns that deliver measurable growth?

In this role, you will oversee digital sales operations and end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring RX’s commercial objectives are achieved through precision, strategy, and innovation.

You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple digital channels, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with broader marketing and commercial goals.

You can expect your responsibilities to include managing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and generating data-driven insights supporting continuous improvement. Collaborative by nature, will excel at maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and technology partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and compliance with data protection standards.

Additionally, you will lead a team of digital sales professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning to achieve excellence in digital sales execution.

About You

Degree qualified, you must demonstrate 7 years of experience within digital sales and marketing with a focus on campaign management.

You must possess deep knowledge of digital channels including SEO, SEM, display, social media, and email, and hands‑on experience with analytics and campaign management tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Workfront.

You are data-driven, strategic, and an inspiring leader capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
