Job Purpose :
One of Kafaat's clients is looking for an Executive Affairs Senior Consultant.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Data Collection :
- Analyze project inputs in alignment with objectives.
- Prepare and present a methodology for developing and launching the Executive Affairs Department.
- Develop a detailed project schedule outlining tasks and activities.
- Create an initial list of relevant internal and external entities.
- Identify potential risks and challenges affecting project execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Planning :
- Develop a comprehensive list of stakeholders, including roles and expectations.
- Prepare a stakeholder engagement plan with communication strategies, feedback methods, and interaction mechanisms.
- Current State Analysis :
- Review the Center’s strategy and management approach to Executive Affairs.
- Conduct benchmarking studies with at least three comparable organizations to identify best practices.
- Analyze current capabilities and identify performance gaps.
- Develop a current state analysis report.
- Strategy Development for Executive Affairs :
- Analyze the internal and external environment to identify trends and challenges.
- Develop an integrated strategy including vision, mission, values, strategic pillars, goals, initiatives, and KPIs.
- Ensure alignment with the Center’s overall strategy.
- Operating Model Design for Executive Affairs :
- Develop the operational model, including organizational structure, governance, process maps (up to Level 3), capabilities, support systems, performance management, and policies.
- Operational Support :
- Support the implementation of the new model and policies.
- Monitor projects, recommend corrective actions, and develop supporting documentation.
- Deliver presentations and review documentation for senior leadership.
- Training, Capacity Building, and Knowledge Transfer :
- Conduct workshops and training for staff.
- Prepare manuals and guidance materials to ensure sustainability.
- Provide hands-on training on management tools, KPIs, and governance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 in consulting or strategic development roles.Experience in strategy development, operational model design, stakeholder management, executive communication, and organizational development.Experience in Executive Affairs is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
