Responsibilities

• Handle all cash collections from delivery drivers / couriers and manage petty cash processes according to established procedures.
• Prepare daily cash summary reports and submit them to the Depot Accountant.
• Count cash in the locker at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and reconciliation with daily collection reports and QAD GL balance.
• Prepare bank deposits based on daily collections and deposit them at the bank daily.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Report discrepancies found within the accounts to superiors.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports.
