Hands-on experience in ERP systems (user support or implementation); SQL knowledge is a strong plus. Good knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking. Basic understanding of finance processes is an advantage. Relevant certifications in Networking, Cybersecurity, or ERP are a plus.
Overview
We are seeking a multi-skilled IT & ERP Support Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who can combine strong IT technical support skills with hands-on ERP system expertise, ensuring smooth operations and seamless collaboration with our Dubai HQ and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user IT support (hardware, software, printers, and networking).
- Install, configure, and maintain systems including Windows / Mac, Office 365, and ERP.
- Ensure timely updates, patches, and adherence to system security compliance.
- Support ERP users with functional queries, data updates, troubleshooting, and training.
- Act as a bridge between end-users and ERP developers for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors, telecom service providers, and HQ IT teams to ensure reliable operations.
