الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable. A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in master planning or land development, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Strong knowledge of master planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainability practices. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from ideation through to implementation. Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in project schedules, budgets, and resource management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. A creative and strategic thinker, capable of developing innovative solutions to complex planning problems. Join Qiddiya Investment Company as the Director - Master Planning for Land Development, where you will be at the forefront of transforming visionary concepts into groundbreaking reality. Your leadership will guide the comprehensive master planning efforts for our distinguished projects, shaping the future of one of the largest entertainment and cultural hubs in the world.
In this dynamic role, you will orchestrate the master planning process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic goals while meeting the diverse needs of our stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams in the assessment, design, and integration of land development initiatives, facilitating collaborative efforts among architects, engineers, and urban planners.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of master planning principles, excellent project management skills, and an innovative approach to land use strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall master planning vision for land development projects within Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Lead the master planning process, including conceptual design, land use analysis, and integration of environmental, economic, and social considerations.
- Coordinate with a diverse team of stakeholders, including local authorities, community members, and interdisciplinary professionals to gather input and ensure compliance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of master planning projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations, project updates, and stakeholder reports to senior management and executive teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation in master planning initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of creative thinking and excellence in land development practices.
