IN Engineer – Saudi Arabia | 12-Month Extendable Contract Location : Saudi Arabia Duration : 12 Months (Extendable) We’re urgently looking for an experienced IN Engineer to join a leading telecom operator in Saudi Arabia on a long-term project. If you have deep expertise in Ericsson Intelligent Networks, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive mindset, this is your opportunity to contribute to a high-impact engineering team. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide 2nd line support for IN-related issues escalated from NOC
• Monitor and analyze traffic and performance KPIs
• Perform system maintenance : software / hardware updates, patching, and configuration
• Manage IN configurations : tariff plans, service classes, feature integrations
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and support teams
• Be available for on-call support to ensure 24 / 7 service uptime Required Skills & Experience :
• Expert knowledge of Ericsson IN / Charging Systems (SDP, CCN, AIR, OCC, VS, IVR, ECMS, NgCRS)
• Proficient in Linux / UNIX, shell scripting, and Oracle DB
• Strong foundation in IP networking and core nodes (MSC, STP, HLR, GMSC)
