Job Overview :

As part of a high-performance culinary team, you’ll help deliver premium, Halal-compliant inflight meals while maintaining food safety and hygiene excellence. This role is ideal for chefs who are skilled, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare premium-quality meals to strict airline specifications
• Adhere to HACCP , Halal , and SALSA standards
• Maintain food hygiene and safety during handling and storage
• Execute orders and kitchen tasks as directed by senior chefs
• Ensure personal and kitchen hygiene at all times
• Support with inventory, stock control, and procurement tasks
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Required Qualifications :

• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with computers for basic kitchen reporting
• Clean police clearance (mandatory)
• Valid driver’s license (age 21+, required for some roles)
• Food safety / hygiene certification (essential)
• Able to provide 5 years of references
• Previous airline catering or high-end kitchen experience preferred
