Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Head to lead our project management office and oversee the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing largescale projects and a strong understanding of the fit out industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the project management office ensuring effective project delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets

Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across all projects

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and provide solutions to ensure project success

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design procurement and construction to ensure smooth project

Mentor and develop project management team members providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth

Develop and maintain relationships with clients consultants and contractors to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and implement improvements to project management processes as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering construction management or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of the fit out industry including knowledge of materials techniques and regulations

Proven track record in successfully managing largescale projects preferably in the commercial residential or hospitality sectors

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Proficient in project management software and tools

Fluency in English both written and spoken is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
