Relationships / Manager – Government Relations, Grants, PR & Coordination

Employment Type : Full-Time

Atheer Connectivity is a fast-growing Saudi startup delivering high-capacity wireless infrastructure solutions using cutting-edge 60 GHz technology. We enable fiber-like speeds without trenching, providing innovative last-mile and backhaul connectivity for telecom operators, enterprises, and smart city developments. We are seeking a professional, motivated, and versatile Office Manager to support our next phase of growth.

Role Summary : The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing external relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. This role combines administrative leadership with strategic responsibilities in government affairs , grants and proposal writing , public relations , and internal coordination . It is a unique opportunity to contribute to a deep-tech startup that is transforming wireless connectivity in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Government Relations Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies, ministries, and government programs.

Manage company documentation, licensing, registration, and compliance requirements.

Track regulatory developments and advise the leadership team on risks and opportunities.

Facilitate communication and reporting with government partners (e.g., MCIT, CITC / NTC, MISA, SDAIA).

2. Grants & Proposal Writing Identify relevant funding and support programs from government and private entities.

Draft and submit high-quality proposals, grants, and formal requests.

Collaborate with technical and financial teams to gather required inputs.

Maintain a calendar for all grant cycles, deadlines, and reporting obligations.

3. Public Relations (PR) & Corporate Communication Draft press releases, executive announcements, and public-facing content.

Coordinate media opportunities, speaking engagements, and conference participation.

Support the company’s digital presence by managing key messages across social media and website updates.

Liaise with PR agencies and partners to ensure consistent messaging.

4. Internal Coordination & Office Management Oversee general office administration and procurement.

Support the CEO and executive team with scheduling, communications, and documentation.

Coordinate internal meetings, reporting, and task follow-ups across departments.

Maintain organized records for operational, legal, and financial documentation.

Requirements

Key Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in office management, public affairs, PR, or startup operations.

Strong command of written and spoken Arabic and English.

Excellent proposal writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s public sector landscape and innovation ecosystem.

Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills : Experience in telecom, technology, or infrastructure sectors.

Familiarity with PR tools, CRM, and productivity platforms (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana).

Understanding of grant programs such as Monsha’at, MISA, and other funding mechanisms.
