الوصف الوظيفيPrepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil and architectural works. Evaluate subcontractor invoices and prepare payment certificates. Review drawings, project specifications, and identify variations / claims. Monitor project costs, budgets, and control material quantities. Coordinate with project teams for cost control and progress monitoring. Mandatory : Minimum 5–7 years Gulf experience as QS (construction / building projects). Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
QA / QC ENGINEER – CIVIL / ARCHITECT (GULF EXPERIENCE MANDATORY)
Salary : SAR 6,000 – 8,000
Job Description :
- Perform inspection and quality checks for all civil / architectural works as per project specifications.
- Review method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for quality-related issues.
- Prepare QA / QC reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor site activities to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met.
- Mandatory : Minimum 5–7 years Gulf experience in QA / QC for civil / architectural projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture required.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) – CIVIL (GULF EXPERIENCE MANDATORY)
Salary : SAR 6,000 – 8,000
