Job Title - Store Executive
Job Objective
To efficiently manage all store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Store Executive ensures timely availability of materials for production and other departments while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and cost-control measures.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock movements (inward and outward).
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system data.
Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages or slow-moving items, and initiate replenishment as required.
Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stacked, and organized for easy traceability and accessibility.
Receiving and Issuing Materials
Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity and quality.
Coordinate with the quality control team for material inspection before acceptance.
Issue materials to production or departments based on authorized requisitions and maintain accurate documentation.
Documentation & System Updates
Record all inventory transactions in ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Maintain proper documentation such as GRNs (Goods Received Notes), Issue Vouchers, Return Notes, and Material Transfer Forms.
Coordination
Collaborate with procurement, production planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
Coordinate dispatch schedules with logistics and ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with suppliers and transport vendors for smooth material handling and movement.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure proper storage of materials in compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
Follow safety standards for handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free store area.
Reporting
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Report any material shortages, excess stock, damages, or inventory deviations promptly.
Support internal and external audits with accurate data and documentation.
Compliance & Integrity
Promote and adhere to the core values of honesty, integrity, and compliance in all operations.
Uphold company policies such as the Group Product Compliance Policy and Code of Conduct.
Encourage transparent communication and the Speak Out culture to report any non-compliance or potential issues.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in ERP / WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Advanced MS Excel and data management capabilities
Knowledge of inventory control and material handling procedures

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
24 years of hands-on experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.
Prior experience using ERP or WMS platforms.
Sound understanding of inventory control principles and safety standards.
Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations is an added advantage.
