Responsibilities

• As a Radiation Safety Officer, you will be responsible for implementing measures that protect workers, the public, and the environment from harmful exposure to radiation.
• Ensure that all personnel working with or around radiation receive proper training and understand the risks and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with national and local radiation safety regulations.
• Oversee radiation monitoring, maintain exposure records, and ensure safety protocols are followed during radiation use, transport, or disposal.
• Review and check all daily reports from Rig sites where RA sources are in use, to ensure completion and Baker Hughes standard compliance.
• Manage tasks related to Radio Active Source in Drilling Services.
