Responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests
Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality services are delivered at competitive prices
Manage and monitor facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facility-related activities
Assist with the planning and execution of facility-related projects
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support of business objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other facility management software
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to facility management in KSA
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
