Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests
  • Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality services are delivered at competitive prices
  • Manage and monitor facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facility-related activities
  • Assist with the planning and execution of facility-related projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support of business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility operations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other facility management software
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to facility management in KSA
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
