Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and experienced Elevator Technicians to join our client’s maintenance and technical services team in Riyadh. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators, escalators, and related lifting systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of vertical transportation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and test elevators, escalators, and moving walkways according to design specifications.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in elevator equipment.
- Replace defective components such as motors, control panels, cables, switches, and sensors.
- Calibrate systems for accurate speed, level, and operational performance.
- Perform load and safety tests to certify operational readiness as per manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of service schedules, maintenance logs, and repair reports.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance when required.
Essential Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).Minimum 2–5 years of experience in elevator and escalator installation, maintenance, or servicing.Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, and control systems used in elevators.Knowledge of safety codes, inspection procedures, and industry standards.Skills Required
Technical knowledge of elevator components and control systems.Hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability.Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and fault diagnosis tools.Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
