Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Warehouse Management Specialist

to oversee and manage warehouse operations in Dammam and Qatif. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of materials, optimize inventory management, and maintain smooth logistics operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in

Chinese

to facilitate effective communication with internal teams and international suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.

Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

Monitor warehouse layout and ensure optimal use of storage space and material flow.

Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of materials, shipments, and warehouse transactions.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely material delivery.

Manage warehouse staff performance and provide training to ensure high operational standards.

Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting for inbound and outbound shipments.

Communicate effectively with Chinese management and suppliers to ensure alignment on material and logistics requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree

in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fluent in Chinese

(spoken and written) – required.

Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Chinese.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of Saudi market logistics and customs procedures.

Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple warehouse sites.
