Sr. Lead - Collaboration Design

Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneer in the realm of entertainment and cultural development in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Lead – Collaboration Design to join our team. This strategic role will involve leading the design and implementation of collaborative environments across our diverse projects, harnessing cutting‑edge design methodologies to foster creativity, innovation, and teamwork throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of collaborative spaces that enhance communication and teamwork within and across project teams.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create inclusive and functional environments that promote collaboration.
• Implement best practices in collaborative design, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather input from team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and workflows to continuously improve collaborative design outcomes.
• Ensure that collaborative design solutions are user-centered, ergonomic, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of design concepts and strategies across various projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
