Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Concept Designer to lead the development of retail concepts within shopping malls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tenant coordination, store layout design, and brand alignment, preferably within a mall management company.

Key Responsibilities

Design retail and F&B shop concepts that align with tenant brand standards and mall aesthetics.

Develop and manage the Tenant Design Manual, ensuring all guidelines are up-to-date and brand-compliant.

Collaborate with leasing and tenant coordination teams to support brand-specific spatial and functional requirements.

Understand and implement design elements that enhance tenant satisfaction and mall attractiveness.

Provide creative input for enhancing the overall shopping experience through visual and spatial innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Proven experience in concept design for malls or large-scale retail environments.

Strong understanding of shop types and brand requirements and tenant design control processes.

Excellent visual presentation and communication skills.

Arabic language knowledge is an appreciated bonus.
