We are seeking a Senior Manager - Standards & Knowledge Sharing to lead our initiatives aimed at promoting best practices, fostering a knowledge-driven culture, and ensuring that standards are met across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized processes, templates, and playbooks.
- Centralize research, best practices, & benchmark data for all teams.
- Lead partner and vendor performance assessments, supporting master agreements.
- Coordinate quarterly best-practice publications and organize internal learning forums.
- Ensure consistent branding, tone, and quality in marketing operations.
Minimum Qualifications
