الوصف الوظيفيEducational Qualifications and Certifications : Vocational or high school diploma in mechanical education or equivalent. Knowledge : Basic mechanical diagnosis and troubleshooting skills. Technical Skills : Knowledge of tools and machinery. Language Skills : Ability to speak, read, and write Arabic and English clearly, with attentive listening skills. Experience : Minimum of 3 to 5 years after successful completion of apprenticeship in general repairs within the automotive and construction machinery industry. Key Internal Contacts : Service admins for job posting, reports, supervisors for scheduling, technical advice, and assistance. Key External Contacts : Customers for validating machine faults, location, and scheduling.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform major mechanical repairs and complex diagnostics on machines and equipment.
- Utilize testing tools and equipment carefully and effectively.
- Willing and capable of mentoring trainees under supervision, in line with departmental traineeship programs, or receptive to training in coaching and assessment in the workplace.
- Prepare failure reports on all defects, damages, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance on inspected equipment.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Work overtime when required and be ready to work at any location within the Kingdom.
