Sales Representative Trainee (Saudi Arabia)

The Musco World Arabia Sales Team has an opening for a Sales Representative Trainee based in the Dammam or Riyadh Area . The Sales Representative Trainee serves as the initial phase in our sales training program, aimed at developing proficient sales representatives for the Saudi Arabia market. In this role, you will acquire knowledge of Musco's systems and sales strategy, while actively engaging in sales initiatives, client interactions, and contributing to project tasks. This practical experience is structured to prepare you for a successful transition to a Sales Representative Role. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

• Must have work authorization in Saudi Arabia, be a Saudi National or hold permanent residency in Saudi Arabia
• Proficient in both Arabic and English
• Ability and willingness to attend in-person training for an extended amount of time. Training is held at our Corporate Headquarters located in Oskaloosa, Iowa (United States)
• Entry-level university graduate with 0-3 years of previous work experience
• University degree in Sports Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related field
• Passion for selling and building trusting relationships with customers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently to achieve results
• Tenacious, able to persevere through sales challenges and setbacks
• Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel up to 50%
