Overview
Construction Manager - E&I focusing on E&I construction lead activities including electrical panels, VFD, LV panels, testing; instrumentation installation, SCADA, DCS, PLC, testing and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Review subcontractor’s method statements as per contract package, ensuring methods meet project standards and Client requirements.
- Conduct preliminary inspections and clear client punch lists before coordinating a walk-down (CC, MC, RFSU) prior to handing over equipment packages.
- Subcontracting finalization and coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams; maintain documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage commissioning, project management activities, and instrumentation & telecom system implementation within construction management scope.
