We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Director to lead the commercial and contractual management of large-scale infrastructure projects based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, procurement, contract negotiations, and risk management. This role requires strategic leadership to optimize commercial outcomes, ensure contractual compliance, and drive value engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize value and mitigate risks across infrastructure projects.
• Provide strategic advice on procurement, cost control, and contract management.
• Drive commercial governance, ensuring alignment with corporate and industry standards.
• Manage and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper claim management, dispute resolution, and contract variations.
• Define procurement strategies to enhance cost savings, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee supplier selection, tendering processes, and contract awards.
• Implement value engineering and cost reduction strategies.
