Role Overview

The PMV Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of Gama’s fleet maintenance operations. Reporting to the PMV Manager, the engineer will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance planning, monitor asset performance, and ensure optimized maintenance scheduling across all PMV categories. This position requires a mechanically skilled, detail-oriented, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong understanding of ERP-based maintenance management and cost control strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment, vehicles, and plants.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, and asset performance through ERP systems and digital platforms.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead cost-control initiatives and ensure that maintenance activities are optimized for efficiency and reliability.
• Support the PMV Manager in developing and enforcing maintenance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with workshops, site engineers, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement within maintenance operations. Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 10+ years of relevant PMV experience, including at least 5 years specializing in maintenance in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience working with large organizations that own and operate extensive equipment or vehicle fleets.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and digital maintenance management tools.
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English.
• Fluency in English.
• Based in or previously worked in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of local industry practices and supply chain. Why Join Gama
