Primary Objective

This role is responsible for the management of major multidiscipline engineering studies and projects. Management of teams of Project Engineers Discipline Engineers Designers Subconsultants and Subcontractors involved in the development of major projects from conceptual design through to detail design implementation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manage and supervise the construction team to achieve project objectives in terms of safety quality schedule and budget.
• Develop and implement construction execution plans ensuring alignment with project scope and milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering procurement and commissioning teams to ensure smooth work transitions and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor daily construction activities ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations (HSE standards).
• Review and approve subcontractor work plans method statements and schedules.
• Manage manpower equipment and material resources effectively to meet project demands.
• Conduct regular site meetings with stakeholders including subcontractors engineers and client representatives.
• Ensure accurate progress reporting change management and proper documentation of construction activities.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
