Role

We are seeking a Customs Compliance Manager to join our Fulfillment & Supply Chain team. In this role, you will own import customs clearance and product certification processes across key Middle Eastern markets, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing efficiency and cost.

Responsibilities

Implement customs regulations and product certification requirements for KSA and UAE

Manage customs accounts and certification platforms (SABER, FASAH, ESMA)

Coordinate with brokers, forwarders, and government authorities

Drive improvements in clearance accuracy, lead time, and cost efficiency

Maintain compliance documentation and support digital workflow development

Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and compliance teams

Requirements

Saudi national with 5+ years in customs compliance for B2B / industrial goods

Expertise in KSA / UAE import regulations and HS classification

Hands‑on experience with customs systems and certification platforms

Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to fast‑paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

E‑commerce or digital supply chain experience

Knowledge of MENA regional import regulations

Familiarity with ERP / logistics systems Key Performance Indicators
