Lead Trainer

الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Preferred certifications in training or learning and development (e.g., CIPD, ATD, Train the Trainer, aPHRi, or similar) Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in leading or managing a training team Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs that improve performance and engagement Proficiency in data-driven training strategy development and performance analysis Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learner engagement techniques Strong knowledge of training tools and platforms such as LMS (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors), e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Canva), and virtual training solutions (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) Familiarity with evaluating training effectiveness using models like Kirkpatrick's and implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement Understanding of competency frameworks, skills gap analysis, and career development planning Knowledge of learning technologies, blended learning approaches, and emerging L&D trends Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Ability to design and implement training strategies aligned with business objectives Creative approach to developing engaging, learner-centered training content and experiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively Proficient in analysing training data and using insights to enhance learning outcomes Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple programs, sessions, and deadlines Proficient in training development tools and platforms such as LMS systems, content creation software (e.g., Articulate, Canva, PowerPoint), and virtual facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt training approaches to evolving business needs Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions Committed to delivering high-quality, accurate, and impactful training sessions and materials Self-starter with a passion for learning, development, and staying updated on L&D trends and technologies Open to feedback with a constructive mindset and a positive, solution-oriented attitude Capable of mentoring junior trainers, fostering a collaborative and innovative learning culture Self-motivated with a strong drive for continuous improvement and personal growth Committed to upholding values of simplicity, quality, and efficiency in training execution High-performing and fast-paced work environment Comprehensive Health Insurance Rewards and recognition Learning & Development Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Education and Training Industries : Technology, Information and Internet Location : Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business goals and employee development needs
- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training content across formats such as in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching
- Ensure training materials reflect the brand's tone, values, and cultural context relevant to the Saudi market
- Plan and maintain a structured training calendar, ensuring timely and consistent program rollout
- Monitor trainee progress, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support to enhance learning outcomes
- Track, analyse, and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on learning and development trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and impactful
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organisational priorities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Trainers and Training Coordinators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support
- Foster a collaborative and learner-focused team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous growth
